FISCATECH transformed air filtration for automotive into face masks production

FISCATECH is an Italian company which produces, among others, Spunlace non wovens, mostly for the cosmetic segment and air filtration industry. Once COVID-19 erupted, FISATECH started supplying free of charge materials to the local authorities and saw the opportunity to develop their knowledge into a new business.

Creaciones Euromoda swapped from bed linen production to community masks

Creaciones Euromoda is a pioneering company in home textile innovation, producing bed linen and duvet covers. They provided relief to citizens by immediately switching the production to community masks and, after investing in machinery, they now manufacture 6000 masks a day.

French textile companies proved fantastically reactive

When the situation began to degrade in France, approximately 30% of French companies decided to turn their production tools to manufacture masks. The big majority of these companies are SMEs and starting from scratch, they were able to poduce today an average of 4.2 million masks a day.

Textil A.Ortiz is a Spanish company specialised in lining, both synthetic and artificial fabrics. Due to COVID-19, they have started producing medical gowns, which passed a whole serie of regulations in order to reduce contagious emissions and assure the highest possible reliability.

FOV Fabrics produces fabrics to help medical staff

FOV products are meant for doctors, nurses and other staff working in the healthcare industry. The company produces also anti-bacterial fabrics used to make patients’ clothing and hospital linen. All the fabrics are woven and washable.
